If the return and exchange conditions are met, the transactions are carried out only by our online store.<\/p>

The packaging, certificate, invoice and promotions, if any, of the product to be returned must be sent with the product.<\/p>

Changes and refund requests to be made in our stores on Trendyol.com or n11.com websites must be made by creating a request on the relevant site.<\/p>

The product to be returned must comply with the “Right of Withdrawal” in Article 9 of the “Distance Selling Contract” and the “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised” in Article 15.\u00a0Products that are personalized with modifications or additions.<\/p>

ARTICLE 9<\/strong><\/p>

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.<\/li>
  2. The duration of the right of withdrawal, in contracts regarding the performance of services, is the day the contract is established;\u00a0In contracts regarding the delivery of goods, the period begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods.\u00a0However, the consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal during the period from the conclusion of the contract to the delivery of the goods.<\/li><\/ol>

    In determining the period of right of withdrawal;<\/strong><\/p>

    • a) For goods that are subject to a single order and delivered separately, the day when the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the final product,<\/li>
    • b) In case of goods consisting of more than one piece, the day when the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the last piece,<\/li>
    • c) In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly for a certain period of time, the day when the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the first goods is taken as basis.<\/li><\/ul>
      1. (4) Delivery of the goods by the seller to the carrier is not considered delivery to the consumer.<\/li>
      2. (5) In contracts where the delivery of goods and the performance of services are made together, the provisions of the right of withdrawal regarding the delivery of goods shall apply.<\/li><\/ol>

        Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h2>

        ARTICLE 15<\/strong><\/p>

        (1) Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in the following contracts:<\/strong><\/p>

        • Contracts regarding goods or services whose prices change due to fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.<\/li>
        • Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.<\/li>
        • Contracts for the delivery of perishable or expired goods.<\/li>
        • Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery;\u00a0Contracts regarding the delivery of those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.<\/li>
        • Contracts regarding goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.<\/li>
        • Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables presented in tangible form, provided that the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal and package are opened after the delivery of the goods.<\/li>
        • Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement.<\/li>
        • Contracts that must be concluded on a certain date or period, regarding accommodation, goods transportation, vehicle rental, food and beverage supply and the use of free time for entertainment or recreation purposes.<\/li>
        • Contracts regarding services performed instantly electronically or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.<\/li>
        • Contracts regarding services whose performance begins with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal expires.<\/li><\/ul>
